STaF Athletics Baseball / Softball Clinics

STaF Athletics Softball Clinic
For girls entering 3rd – 8th grade

Instructors:

Cost:
$125/session

This clinic is designed to help female athletes of all ability levels to improve their fundamental softball skills.  We will work on the fundamentals of defensive play at all positions and work on mastering the key elements of successful hitting.

What to bring: tennis shoes for the pavilion, all softball equipment (including gloves, bats and cleats), a water bottle, a towel, a Bible, and a sack lunch. Wear proper athletic clothing (t-shirts and modest shorts or softball pants).

STaF Athletics Softball Hitting Clinic
For girls entering 3rd – 8th grade

Instructors:
Josh Speck, Varsity Softball Head Coach; Chris Stafford, Varsity Softball Assistant Coach; and NCCS Varsity Softball and Baseball players.

Cost: $45/session

This clinic is designed to help young softball players develop a sound mental approach to hitting and the proper physical techniques to hit with power and consistency.  We will work on proper setup and swing mechanics and how to successfully hit different pitch types and locations.  Finally, we will discuss situational hitting techniques such as the bunt, the hit-and-run, and hitting with two strikes.

What to bring: tennis shoes for the pavilion, all softball equipment (including gloves, bats and cleats), a water bottle, a towel, a Bible, and a sack lunch. Wear proper athletic clothing (t-shirts and modest shorts or softball pants).

  Coaches from STaF Athletics and NCCS. The coaching staff has several years of professional and college playing, coaching, and scouting experience.

STaF Athletics is a Christian organization that has helped place many athletes in college baseball programs and assisted others drafted by professional organizations over the last four years.  The camp will focus on all the fundamentals of baseball.  All players should bring their baseball equipment, tennis shoes for indoor portion of camp, towel, Bible, and a sack lunch (concessions will be available).
