Eagles Track and Field Camp

For co-ed campers entering 3rd – 8th grade

Instructors: Kristy Sanders, Varsity Track and Field and Varsity Cross Country Coach. Kristy has coached both male and female state champions in cross country, and a female state champion in both the mile and 2-mile.

Description:
Would you like to learn to perform or improve your performance in all the events in Track and Field? Then this camp is for you! We will be learning the techniques for all the events associated wit Track and Field such as:
• Long Jump

•    Triple Jump
•    High Jump
•    Shot put
•    Discus
•    Relays
•    Running

Campers will go through several warm-up drills done by the UGA track athletes. Campers will understand the importance of warming up and cooling down and will go through conditioning techniques. Come and join in on the fun!
