Camp Eagle Daily Information
A weekly schedule will be given out on Fridays for the following week’s activities. It will list the scheduled field trips and planned activities. Please remember that times may vary due to weather (i.e., rain on swim day).
CHECK YOUR SCHEDULES DAILY. We will leave campus at different times depending on the field trip for that day. If your child is not here when we leave campus, you will need to take them back with you.
Camp Eagle closes at 6:00 p.m. In the event a parent arrives after 6:00 p.m. to pick up his/her camper it is necessary to impose an additional fee of $1.00 per minute for every minute past 6:00 p.m. ALL LATE FEES must be paid at the time of pick-up.
Kindergarten-1st grade children will need to have a small mat with a blanket or sleeping bag. 2nd-6th grade will have a “quiet” time to relax and read.
DAILY DRESS CODE Your child/children will be getting dirty and wet during summer camp. Please dress them in play clothes. 1. T-shirts and modest shorts are the best choice of clothing for our planned activities. 2. All shorts worn must be hemmed. Frayed shorts or shorts with holes in them are unacceptable. 3. All shirts need to cover the midriff on boys and girls. 4. Tennis shoes and socks need to be worn every day. Sandals are not acceptable due to the various activities in which we will be engaging. On swim days, children may bring swim shoes to wear at the pool. 5. On swim days, girls must have a modest, one-piece swimsuit (two-piece suits are not permitted). Boys need to wear a shirt with their swim trunks, and girls need to wear a shirt and shorts over their suits at all times except when in the pool area. 6. All campers need to keep one full change of clothes at camp. There are times we get wet and need to change.
SWIMMING INFORMATION K-1st graders need to bring their swimsuits daily in their book bag. Grades 2nd-6th will be going Monday and Thursday to Dellinger Park Pool in Cartersville, weather permitting. Tuesday is water squirt day. Your child may bring or wear their swimsuits on these days and have the following with them:
1. sunscreen 2. towel & swim shoes 3. bag to store all belongings 4. plastic bag for wet clothes 5. a COMPLETE change of clothes 6. TUESDAY ONLY – bring a water soaker no larger than half the camper's size

Children may bring up to $10 spending money for the arcade on the US Play Bowling field trip. Camp Eagle is not responsible for any lost money. Children are required to keep up with their own money.
